Non-profit SundaySaltado was created by Chef RaSan Alban during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, in search of relief for those in the restaurant industry affected by job loss. All proceeds are donated to corresponding organizations with a total of $2,500.00 and counting. 

SundaySaltado's specialty of Peruvian cuisine inspired the brand using Peruvian patterns and common ingredients. Logo, social-media marketing and printed media designed pro-bono.
